The post holder will have a specific focus on the delivery of the Trust's outpatient transformation programme and will support with cross divisional transformation opportunities.
The post holder will lead on the Trust's outpatient transformation programme and will lead on cross divisional transformation projects allocated by the Deputy Chief Operating Officer. The post holder will also provide operational leadership to a designated service(s).
The post holder will be the ROH representation for the wider Birmingham and Solihull outpatients transformation programme.
