Group Finance Manager (System Implementation +Big 4)

Our client is a leading European brand that has its group headquarters in Singapore.

This role will have the need to business partner with cross functional teams including commercial and other support functions. Business partnering fp&a candidates along with strong accounting, statutory compliance knowledge will be a plus.

Job Description

• Business partnering with Commercial department to propose, review and improve current reporting initiatives (e.g. dashboarding, key financial metrics etc.).

• Review and analyse monthly financial reports prepared by vessel accountants and provide insights as part of the monthly Flash reporting to management.

• Assess charter arrangements of vessels and ensure compliance with group’s policies for both financial and management reporting. Financial review includes application of accounting standards and management review includes converting IFRS to non-IFRS measures, quantifying revenue backlog/committed revenue, reviewing aged accounts receivable positions, and evaluating expected credit loss in Charterers’ receivable position.

• Prepare IFRS consolidated reports for segmental results within the Group.

• Oversee statutory and tax compliance requirement of group and individual shipping entities. This include managing the annual audit process, submission of tax returns and monitoring changes in accounting and tax regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications / Experiences

• A recognized degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or equivalent, Chartered Accountant qualification preferred.

• Preferably 1 – 2 years of experience in similar managerial capacity, leading a small team, within shipping industry

Power Bi experience would be advantageous

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective cross-functional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Title: Fylde Coast Rapid Intervention and Treatment Team (RITT) Community Mental Health Nurse Band 6

Hours: 37.5 hours – 1.0 WTE

Fylde Coast RITT is a crisis Older Adults Community Mental Health service based at the Lytham Unit, Lytham Hospital.

We are a 7 day a week service with operating hours from 8am to 8pm, shifts worked at present can be Early (8-4pm) Late (12-8pm), including weekend working. Flexible working can also be considered to work 4 x 9.5 hour days (8am – 6pm / 10am – 8pm daily).

We are a multi- disciplinary team, with close working links with other health departments, social services and voluntary agencies.

Our service users can present with both functional and organic mental health difficulties which are often combined with complex social care and physical health needs.







RITT has 2 core functions:

· Home treatment:

The provision of care coordination for patients who are experiencing acute mental health difficulties and who are presenting as high risk to themselves or others in the community and so require intensive home support from community services. Conducting Gatekeeping assessments for mental health inpatient admissions is a core component of this role as is facilitating early discharge from inpatient units.

· Care Home Liaison Team:

Providing support for service users and carers for people who live in a residential home and are presenting with Behavioural and or Psychological Symptoms of dementia.

We are looking to recruit a Band 6 Community Mental Health who has an enthusiasm for and passion to work within older adult’s mental health services.

The Band 6 Nurse will have the opportunity to consolidate their skills in mental health nursing as well as developing the specialist skills needed in an older adults mental health.

There is an expectation that the successful applicants would be able to act up in the absence of the Deputy Manager and Manager, they would also have some supervision responsibilities to more junior team members.

Within the rotational post you will be based with a variety of teams across Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre. You will work within each team for 12 months. The teams will include;

· Older Adult Community Mental Health Services (Fylde Coast Rapid Intervention & Treatment Team (RITT), includes Care Home Liaison)

· Adult Community Mental Health Services (Home Based Treatment Team and Adult CMHT)

· Older Adult In-Patient Mental Health Wards

The successful candidate will be responsible for caseloads, assessing patients within the hospital, community and home environments and supporting with patient centered care. Theywill also be expected to undertake supervision of support staff and assist in local developments related to the Occupational Therapy.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is enthusiastic about working in mental health with excellent communication skills and who wants to to develop their clinical skills in these exciting areas.

You will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills using preceptorship and will work with and receive supervision from experienced therapists. There are plenty of opportunities for professional development including evidence based best practice forums, AHP journal clubs and an AHP research and innovation forum. We are looking for a therapist who is enthusiastic about working with people with mental health needs.
