• Be responsible for the strategic planning and supervision of large and complex national banks. An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Post Adoption and SGO Support Team Manager with Northamptonshire Children’s Trust Voluntary Adoption Agency.

As the team manager, you will be responsible for managing both the Post Adoption Order and SGO support team within the Adoption Agency to develop and deliver high quality support to children, young people and their families subject to an adoption or special guardianship order in line with the appropriate regulatory and legal frameworks, building on the progress already made in achieving the Ofsted judgement of GOOD in January 2021.

What will you be doing?

As a team manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the work of the post approval support team.

You will be providing line management supervision and support to practice managers social workers and family support workers within the team to ensure the promotion of high quality, responsive and evidenced based interventions for children, young people and their families.

The Role

What we’re looking for is someone who is keen on cooking and takes pride in kitchen hygiene standards. You’ll have a positive can-do approach, with good communication skills and you’ll be passionate about ensuring our residents receive the best service possible. You’ll be confident in engaging with our elderly residents to understand their individual needs and enjoy being part of the wider team in the home.
