We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic band 6 Physiotherapist to join our friendly Community Stroke/ Early Supported Discharge Team. The Community Stroke Rehab Team provides stroke specialist rehabilitation for Enfield residents aged 18+ . Care is provided in patient’s home and local communities dependent on their functional goals. It is a friendly multidisciplinary team with generic rehabilitation assistants to support patients to carry out treatment plans set by the therapists.

As part of the CSRT, providing care to a multi cultural and diverse population, to deliver a high standard of physiotherapy care to stroke patients and their carers in the community.

To perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessment of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions following a stroke. To use this assessment to provide a clinical diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme.

To hold responsibility for own caseload and, working with out direct supervision but together with the other members of the MDT, deliver a comprehensive package of care to stroke patients and their carers. Supervision takes the form of regular formal supervision, training and clinical reasoning sessions, peer review, case review and case conferences.

To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.

With support and guidance from more senior staff, to undertake evidence-based audit and or research projects to further own and team’s clinical practice. Make recommendations to clinical lead/manager of service for changes to practice by the team. May contribute to the implementation of specific changes to practice or contribute to service protocols.

To contribute to the delivery of health promotion activities within the service and wider Trust initiatives

To provide cover for other physiotherapists in the service as required

The post holder will be an integral member of the Enfield Adult Community Physiotherapy and Adult Neurological Therapy teams.

The post holder will be developed to take short term responsibility for the effective planning and delivery of care to patients in co-operation with other team members and in communication with other clinical team leaders.

1. To perform comprehensive OT assessment of patients who are presenting with complex physical and psychological conditions and develop and deliver an individualised treatment program.
2. To support the B8a with the day to day organisation of the team and to manage a designated caseload, delivering care according the service specification .
3. To support and educate patients and carers in managing complex occupational therapy/rehabilitation needs in the community.
4. To work closely with other agencies to ensure OT treatment is fully integrated into the patients care programs.
5. To hold full responsibility for own caseload of patients, working without direct supervision.
6. Own supervision takes the form of regular formal training with peers, peer review and case conferences. Self directed access to advice and support from a higher grade is available, as required, clinical work is not routinely evaluated.
7. To provide clinical supervision and support to less experienced occupational therapy staff, rehab assistants, technical Instructors and students on placement and to support training and supervision of others in the MDT team.
8. To undertake evidence-based audit and projects.
9. To contribute to and support the implementation of specific changes to practice or contribute to service protocols with support and guidance from the Manager.
10. To contribute to the delivery of health promotion activities within the service and the wider Trust initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide key support in evaluating, planning and steering the asset to optimize investment returns

The Vaccines Finance Director Greater China and Intercontinental ensures ambitious, aligned & effective Plans and Forecasts as well as supports performance management and optimization through regular analysis, business insights and right balance of risks and opportunities. This role enables and builds strong commercial business cases for the GC&I region including launches and BD support. The scope includes providing partnering, decision support, financial analysis, and performance management for Vaccines in the GC&I region. Key Responsibilities

• You will support building robust Vaccines plans in line with ambition, targets, and supply plans through engagement with and challenging the LOCs, Vaccines Markets Leaders and Vaccines Financial Leaders. As part of the NUS Enterprise Portfolio Management Unit, you will

• Work closely with NUS Enterprise teams on the pipeline of early-stage startups/spinoffs, and identify opportunities for incubation and/or investment.
• Identify opportunities in emerging technologies and industries, supported by in-depth research and working knowledge.
• Manage the entire investment process, from sourcing, to conducting due diligence, deal structuring, terms negotiation, recommendations, legal documentation and funding completion.
