An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager Role working across the Kent and Medway Provider Collaborative and based in the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual, with excellent engagement, programme and leadership skills.
This is a key senior role which will lead the development and implementation of a core area priorities within the Collaborative’s Transformation Programme to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery for patients across Kent and Medway.
You will ensure resources are well managed and robust methodology and benchmarking is adhered to throughout. You will ensure processes are in place to effectively identify and manage project and programme risks.
The post holder will be required to travel flexibly across the Kent and Medway area and be present on site to ensure good engagement and promote positive team working.
You will support the Programme Director having delegated Authority for key meetings and ensuring high quality papers and effective engagement of all partners.
The post holder will manage and develop a highly complex set of relationships, for enabling positive change and progress against the collaborative objectives.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their track record of leadership delivery against the points above. You will have strong patient first values and a focus on inclusion. You will be able to convince the panel that you can work with people to get them on board with the programme and achieve positive change for the system.
