Induction At the beginning of your post you will take part in an induction programme. The induction will introduce you to the Trust if you have not previously worked with us before. Other responsibilitieswillinclude: Undertakingnursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions. Responsibilityfor the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during the period of duty and residents receive required care.
