We have 5 Clinical Care Groups, each with a Care Group Director and Senior Leadership Quad (SLT). We are seeking to recruit a 12-month fixed term maternity cover for our North Lincolnshire Care Group Director.
You will have day-to-day responsibility for everything within the Care Group, developing the Directorate leadership and leading the SLT. This role is part of the wider Clinical Leadership Executive and influencing the wider Trust leadership. You will be a good partner, and collectively making a difference matters and we are looking for a colleague who is focused on improving care, expects good performance and supports delivery of the strategy.
This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) who is accountable for the day-to-day delivery of effective and safe clinical services across all the Care Groups. You will join the other four Care Group Director Colleagues and the Deputy Chief Operating Officer.
This Care Group Director provides leadership to all their clinical services including the Trust wide leadership for Talking Therapies. They do this alongside the Care Group Clinical Directors and Deputy Care Group Director.
If you are passionate about patient care and the RDaSH strategy & values, and can demonstrate:
• significant experience of operationally managing and improving clinical service delivery
• strong and demonstrable skills in leadership and clinical engagement
• excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality written material
• ability to lead and deliver on change
• sharp analytical skills and is data driven
• see the value of delivering on performance, safety & quality and financial sustainability
• foster strong partnership relationships; also with community voices & those with lived experience
