The post holder will be involved in providing support to Specialist Medicine areas within the Medicine Division. You will work closely with clinicians, senior nurses, and managers within the Division, and you will also provide support and input into the Clinical Pharmacy service by helping to provide support for leadership supervision and developing colleagues and trainees. As such we are seeking a patient focused pharmacist aiming to build on established clinical skills who will work closely with clinicians in providing a high-quality service to patients within ESHT. A vacancy has arisen within the St Helens Childen and Young Persons Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) team for a qualified CBT Therapist. The post holder will provide a specialised role in the development and implementation of services and care pathways for children and young people with mental health [CYPMH] problems within the THRIVE Framework for service delivery.

Working in St Helens CYPMHS, you will be responsible for providing highly specialist cognitive behaviour therapy for children and young people experiencing complex psychological and socioenvironmental problems. This is in line with national and local drivers and within the Thrive model framework which is the delivery model for CYPMHS in Mersey Care. You will also support other staff including trainees and be expected to offer supervision where appropriate.

Operational Planning
• To contribute to the development of a stakeholder engagement plan that is aligned to the service delivery objectives and standards required by the Lead Employer.
