- Coordinates work of lower graded employees within unit in the areas of responsibility assigned.
- Provides regulatory oversight, guidance and technical assistance to ensure integrity in SNAP for fraud detection, prevention, investigative techniques/processes, including administrative, prosecutorial, reporting, and all debt and collection actions.
- Plans, directs and participates in formal management evaluation reviews of State, local and/or Tribal operations; develops written reports of findings and recommendations; negotiates corrective action.
- Evaluates comprehensive documents submitted by state agencies and/or Tribal organizations for appropriateness, adherence of specific program rules, and general federal financial requirements.
- Trains state and local staff and/or Tribal organizations on program requirements through formal and informal presentations.
