ABOUT THE ROLE As a Commis Chef, your primary role will be to assist the Chef de Partie in preparing food and performing basic cooking tasks.You will work in different areas of the kitchen, such as vegetables, fish and meat, and sauces, usually on a six-month rotation programme. Other responsibilities will include: Supporting all chefs to manage and deliver all catering services throughout the home, ensuring resident choice, dignity, confidentiality, and safety are maintained.
