Customer Service Assistant Bristol Stores.

Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour plus commission.Hours: Full Time (40 hours).Shifts: Rotational shifts between 4 am and 10 pm, including weekends.


- Due to some responsibilities within the Onboard Host role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including long hours and varying shifts.

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT YOU’LL BE:


- Provide 'at seat trolley service' on EMR trains, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing stock, and handling transactions.
- Travel on assigned trains, assisting passengers, achieving sales targets independently, and meeting contractual goals.
- Accurately account for stock and transactions, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, and support management initiatives.
- Perform Service Centre duties as directed, engaging with passengers, providing information, and addressing diverse needs and offering accurate details on services, ticketing, platforms, and potential disruptions.
- You can claim upto 50 rover tickets for TPE network rail for family & friends.

Job Title: Hospitality Assistant

Location: Clifton College, Bristol

Pay: £11.44 - £12.50 Per Hour

Working Pattern: Full or Part-Time. Flexible working hours.

Requirements: Full Driving Licence to drive to different nearby sites.

As Hospitality Assistant at Clifton College, Bristol, BS8 3JH, you will be contributing towards the smooth running of a fast-paced food and beverage operation. You will be responsible for showcasing what the kitchen supplies, presenting it in the most eye-catching way possible, ensuring we are offering the best service possible. As well as this, you work no unsociable hours and get public holidays off… including Christmas!

What you do:

• Day to day assistance of all hospitality operations within the unit
• To liaise with the hospitality manager/supervisor to review scheduled functions and events
• Assist with preparation, setting up of furniture and equipment for the functions and events
• To ensure that the food and beverage service and the function or event is performed at all times in a professional manner and to the style specified by the hospitality manager
• To communicate with the staff in the kitchen and at front of house.
• To ensure that all equipment is efficiently prepared and transported to the event venue and is clean and cleared away after service.
• To report all complaint and concerns to the hospitality manager.
• Making sure hospitality area is clean and tidy at all times
• Work within any area of catering as required.
• Approximately 10 days off at Christmas.
• Due to a reduced level of Hospitality requirements out of term an alternative rota can apply.
