What you'll bring:

You are probably an existing a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef that is looking to take the next step in their career.
You will ideally have experience of working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
Good communication skills and a team player.
Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety.

You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be very organised. You must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence. We're looking for our Kitchen Assistants to:


Keeping the kitchen super clean and sparkly
Clean and wash up with love and care
Take responsibility for the care and control of the kitchen’s crockery and cleaning products
Be ready to muck in with preparing food and learning from the chefs around you
