Job Description - Supervision and Training - recruit, train, and supervise catering staff, including servers, chefs, and support personnel. Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain a high level of performance
- Quality Control - monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Logistics Management - involves orchestrating the delivery, assembly, and disassembly of catering equipment and provisions. It also entails supervising event operations, encompassing food and beverage provision and guest engagement. Additionally, it includes inventory management, ensuring sufficient stock levels through timely supply orders. The role also encompasses meticulous planning of deliveries and their subsequent clearance, as well as organising day-to-day service operations, including order acceptance and fulfillment.
- Customer Service - foster positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and special dietary requirements with professionalism and courtesy. Be curious, solicit feedback from clients to continuously improve catering services

We're seeking an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to become a valued member of our team at our prestigious location in Milton Keynes. Immediate availability is preferred!
You'll enjoy a competitive rate of £25000 per annum , (40 hrs per week)
This is a full-time, permanent position.
It is 5/7 contract. (includes occasional weekends)

Qualifications - Previous experience commensurate with role
