Hospitality position provides “White Glove” customer service and is responsible for taking care of all client meetings and events, and hospitality tasks at a client location. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Provide “White Glove” hospitality services

• Set-up meeting rooms as specified

• Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies

• Clean pantry and kitchen as needed

• Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services

• Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks

• Keep up with inventory/ coffee bar stock and supplies

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred

• Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.

• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of time

• Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Occasional evening and weekends are required

SUMMARY

The Replenishment Driver’s primary job function is to put away and retrieve products from back stock locations for the Receiving and Stocking departments. This position works under general supervision. The position will interact with a supervisor several times a week, perhaps daily, to receive guidance and feedback. • Move wooden pallets of inventory from one location to another using hand pallet jack.

• Lift, move and stack wooden pallets and arrange products into totes.

• Pick up and discard paper, packing/wrapping materials, empty cartons, and all trash/debris throughout work shift.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age and present state-required proof of age documents.
•  High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Must be able to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, either in conjunction with his or her regular responsibilities or those assigned in other areas of the Refurb Center or Distribution Center as directed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Working knowledge of business computer systems and applications — specifically, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English (Bilingual in Spanish preferred)
• Working knowledge of essential math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Must be able to bend, stoop, reach over head with arms and hands and climb ladders; must be able to climb stairs up to three flights and not be afraid of heights.
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization.
• • Possess the learning capacity to receive and apply cross-functional training; willingness to assist other functions and work groups as needed so the department achieves or exceeds its overall business objectives.
• Basic mechanical and electrical skills to perform minor maintenance on conveyor equipment, plumbing fixtures and lighting.
•  Ability to comprehend and adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures including, but not limited to, those related to attendance and scheduling requirements, honesty and integrity, confidentiality, safety, and conflict of interest.
