Job Responsibilities:

• To manage and ensure that accounts payable, account receivable, inventory, banking, bank reconciliation, journals and general ledger functions and performed accurately, effectively and efficiently.
• To do data entry for invoices, payment vouchers and receipts into IFCA system or SQL Accounting software.
• Assist in preparing the monthly/quarterly/annually report for management and financial report to ensure accurate submission in timely manner.
• To prepare bank reconciliation statements, general journal and ensure account receivable, account payable are up to date.
• Ensure proper filling of documents and vouchers.
• Prepare and handle full set of accounts

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Min 01 year working experience in related field
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, IFCA and SQL system would be added advantage.

The purpose of the IKEA Food Compliance Executive is to support the IKEA Food Halal Compliance Manager in managing all aspects of the IKEA stores Halal operations, ensuring compliance with Halal standards and regulations.

• To assist the Halal Compliance Manager to develop and implement halal compliance policies and procedures for all IKEA stores' food service outlets.
• To assist to set up HALAL SOP and HALAL ASSURANCE SYSTEM manual and guidelines periodically to maintain halal integrity and ensure information is up to date.
• Liaise with JAKIM, MOH, and any other government agencies on halal-related matters to meet food safety requirements.
• Conduct trainings for related departments to ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• To support Halal Compliance Manager to conduct Halal quality assurance investigations.
• Keep stores updated on any changes related to Halal certification.
• To assist Halal Compliance Manager to review Halal Assurance System periodically to ensure information is up to date.
• Ensure food & beverage supplies are halal and registered with MYeHALAL.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Business Developer for Asia Pacific to drive our global group growth initiatives and support our Group Strategy, M&A, and Venturing activities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in scouting new business opportunities, deal origination, M&A incl. post-merger integration, while also contributing to develop and foster our external network to key players and advisors for growth and business opportunities. This role requires a proven seniority in strategy, venture capital (VC), private equity (PE), mergers & acquisitions (M&A), or a related field, with strong knowledge of the real estate and construction industry in Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & M&A:

• Support the Head of Strategy and M&A in Asia Pacific region with strategy development
• Collaborate with the Group Strategy team to implement strategic initiatives, including portfolio optimization, value creation and competitive positioning

Growth Strategy & Portfolio Management:

• Support the Chief Growth Officer and his team with deal origination and scouting activities by leveraging industry networks
• Work closely with Group Functions and local country organizations to leverage market and industry insights
• Support the Head of Umdasch Group Venturing in identifying industry trends, emerging technologies, and market disruptions
• Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, such as venture capital firms, PEs, start-ups, Prop- and ConTech, to foster an ecosystem of venturing and innovation
• Identify and manage strategic growth opportunities (potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investments)
• Oversee portfolio of new business opportunities by regularly monitoring performance, and value creation opportunities
