Job Description We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Man Group
We are opening a newly refurbished ground floor, the CDP will work alone with the help of the front of house team and report to the DGM/ Supervisor. This role will include some breakfast prep and minimal lunch prep. At Man Group we only have a prep area and most goods are ordered in via CPU.
About the Chef de Partie role:
- Food preparation (breakfast, salad bar and some hot items), stock rotation and food labelling
- General cleaning duties
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
- Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, medium volume kitchen.
