As a Chef at Sodexo at Robert's diner, Robert's Barrack's, Larkhill,SP4 8QT You're ambitious about culinary excellence.. and we understand the true strength it takes to be a chef! You'll be providing this service for our armed forces personnel, improving their quality of life every day!
What you’ll do:
- Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
- Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
- Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
- Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
What you bring:
- NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
- Basic IT skills
- Experience in menu production and confident input
- Exposure to bulk cooking
- The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

Package Description - 40 hours per week
- Shift pattern 5 days out of 7
- Late shift - 09:30 – 18:00
- Early shift 05:30 – 14:00
- £12.30 per hour
- 10% discount in onsite shop
