In this role you will be responsible for:

• Articulate the features and benefits of the Purewick system including knowledge of all aspects of use and maintenance of the equipment.  

• Complete initial and follow-up calls on prospective leads via inbound and outbound calls/dialer to include identifying and resolving customer concerns within the process  

• Maintain departmental call volume requirements to include inbound and outbound calls  

• Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call and provide excellent customer service to all Liberator Customers.

• Meet or exceed monthly departmental sales goals as established by Sales Ops management.

• Adhere to phone activity/compliance standards to include Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, ACW, and minimum call volumes.

To be successful in this role, you require:

• 1+ years medical industry, sales, collections or call center/customer service experience

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and/or training tools.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

• Ability to work some evening shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed

Education and experience required:

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Organize and prioritize all active and previously completed files from Sales Support for completion of current patient orders and AR Billing audit requests.

• Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures.

• Completes special project chart approvals as assigned or directed by medical billing ops leadership

• Reviews patient records to ensure that it meets the compliance standards for clinical documentation  and that information received and documented is accurate for billing purposes

• Audits chart notes and records against information obtained and documented in multiple internal software systems to ensure accuracy.  

To be successful in this role, you require:

• MUST HAVE working knowledge of medical terminology.

• 1+ years medical industry or call center/customer service experience

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and/or training tools.

Education and experience required:

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)

POSITION PURPOSE 
The New Sales Representative performs initial or follow-up sales calls to prospective and current New Sales customers. The New Sales representative is responsible for ensuring that the customer contact in each prospective sales call meets the customer service and satisfaction experience that is indicative of a true “Liberator” experience 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. Articulate the features and benefits of Ostomy, Urology and ancillary product lines offered to  include knowledge of all aspects of use and maintenance of medical supply equipment 
2. Complete initial and follow-up calls on prospective leads via inbound and outbound calls/dialer to include identifying and resolving customer concerns within the process 
3. Track daily production and submit daily sales logs to direct supervisor 
4. Maintain departmental call volume requirements to include inbound and outbound calls 
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call and provide excellent customer service to all  Liberator Customers 
6. Meet or exceed monthly departmental sales goals as established by Sales Ops management 
7. Adhere to phone activity/compliance standards to include Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, ACW, and  minimum call volumes. 
8. Assist any dialed or transferred customer with their order or order related questions. 

ANCILLARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. Communicate with potential customers via alternative mediums of internet chat, e-mail and click to  call software 
2. Maintain a positive work atmosphere that embodies Liberator’s philosophy- Professional excellence,  teamwork and integrity. 
3. Maintain high attention to detail throughout daily tasks and projects including accurate notation  and details of each customer account to ensure proper and timely follow up 
4. Assist other departments and team members when required or requested to help meet business 
needs. 
5. Seek continual education opportunities to remain up to date with products and processes 
6. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned 

Minimum Requirement:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Shift Hours 9:00am - 5:30PM, one late shift per week to 8:00pm and two Saturday per month

About the role:

As Sales Representative Ostomy Reorder, you will act as a direct point of contact, providing effective customer service and facilitating the placement of orders for existing customers. This is a 100% remote, work from home position!

Key responsibilities will include:

• Articulate the features/benefits of Ostomy and ancillary product lines and provide knowledge of all aspects of use and maintenance of medical supply equipment.

• Track daily production and meet key performance indicators established by management including, but not limited to total calls, orders placed, ACW/Pause %, etc.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call and provide exceptional customer service to all Liberator customers.

• Effectively manage orders through detailed call scheduling and timely follow up.

• Adhere to phone activity/compliance standards to include Medicare guidelines, HIPAA, and internal policies and procedure

About you:

To be successful in this role, you require:

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and/or training tools.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.

• Business hours 9:00am - 5:30pm EST, Includes one evening shift per week, 2 Saturdays per month
