Job DescriptionStaff Nurse - RGNNight Shifts £19 per hour 36.75 hours per week Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our client's team for night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, particularly with neurological conditions and physical disabilities, and will contribute to maintaining their good CQC (Care Quality Commission) rating by providing high-quality patient care.
Qualifications - RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification
- Experience working with patients with neurological conditions and physical disabilities, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique care needs (desirable)
- Strong understanding of clinical best practices and CQC standards, with a proven track record of maintaining high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and a diverse healthcare team
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, demonstrating strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in fast-paced and high-pressure environments

Responsibilities - Provide high-quality and compassionate nursing care to patients with neurological conditions and physical disabilities, including conducting initial patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring strict adherence to protocols and patient safety
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and response to treatments, and promptly report any changes to the medical team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to develop and implement comprehensive and effective care plans
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and clinical standards, contributing to the maintenance of our good CQC rating through meticulous attention to detail and proactive quality improvement initiatives
