Job DescriptionStaff Nurse - RMN/RNLDHourly Rate: £18-£22Full-Time HoursWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our client's team. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) you will provide high-quality care to female patients between the ages of 18-65 with complex mental health needs, ensuring their physical and psychological well-being. Qualifications: - RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) or RNLD (Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse) qualification
- Valid UK NMC registration
- Proven experience in mental health nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Responsibilities: - Provide nursing care and treatment to women with complex mental health needs, including personality disorder, serious and enduring mental illness, co-morbidity, and a history of complex trauma
- Administer medications and monitor their effects
- Develop and review care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Support and educate patients and their families regarding mental health issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
