An opportunity exists for a full or part-time Cardiologist at the Milo C. Huempfner Outpatient Clinic, located in Green Bay, WI. The Milo C. Huempfner Outpatient Clinic is a new 162,000 square foot VA primary care and multi-specialty clinic located in Green Bay. The Milo C. Huempfner VA Outpatient Clinic has a full scope outpatient Cardiology clinic along with an outpatient diagnostic testing center.

The successful candidate should be comfortable performing all aspects of adult cardiology. All care will be provided in an outpatient setting only with no inpatient care responsibilities. Qualified candidates should be BE/BC in Cardiology. The selected candidate should demonstrate the ability to work well with a large, diverse and dedicated patient care staff.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide cardiology care for outpatients at Milo C Huempfner Green Bay HCC and Appleton CBOC, with further referral management from the Cleveland CBOC and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate should be comfortable performing all aspects of adult Orthopaedics. All care will be provided in an outpatient setting only with no inpatient care responsibilities. Qualified candidates should be BE/BC in Orthopaedic Surgery. The selected candidate should demonstrate the ability to work well with a large, diverse and dedicated patient care staff.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Evaluate general Orthopaedic conditions through complete history and physical examinations, and develop an operative or non-operative management/ treatment plan.
• Provide comprehensive Orthopedic care services as well as follow-up care of existing conditions.
• Provide Pre- and Post-Operative Orthopedic Services.
• Perform basic orthopedic surgical procedures at the Milo C Huempfner Green Bay HCC twice a week, with the opportunity to perform more complex cases once monthly at the Clement J Zablocki VA in Milwaukee.

The duties and responsibilities of the Biomedical Equipment Support Specialist (Information Systems) include but are not limited to the following:

• Lifecycle management of advanced imaging or radiological devices to include physical and network support. Completes both routine and complex assignments involved in the installation, maintenance, modification, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of these complex therapeutic and diagnostic devices and systems. Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of imaging techniques, technologies, radiological practices, and procedures in resolving highly complex equipment failures that have immediate risks to patient safety. Coordinates and works effectively with other facility support departments including but not limited to Facilities Management Service (FMS), Office of Information Technology (OIT),Sterile Processing Service (SPS), and Environmental Management Service (EMS). Specific tasks include but are not limited to incoming inspections, regular and unscheduled maintenance, and planning for end of life replacement in conjunction with clinical services.
• Utilizes advanced radiological test equipment including but not limited to radiation dosimeters, calibration phantoms, high voltage testing devices, KV and MA meters and monitor calibration devices in addition to common test equipment including electrical safety analyzers, oscilloscopes, patient simulators, pulse generators, network analyzers, and multimeters, among others.
• Troubleshoots and maintains radiology information systems and interfaces (i.e. HL7, DICOM, TCP/IP) with EHR alongside PACS Administrators, OIT, BESS (Biomedical Information Systems) and other experts.
• Performs advanced testing and troubleshooting of advanced imaging or radiological devices involving their interfaces and connections to other medical devices or information systems either directly or through the facility's hardwired and wireless networks. This position is located at the Milo C Huempfner VA Medical Center, Green Bay. The Medical Supply Technician (Sterile Processing) provides sterilization, preparation, supply items and reusable medical equipment decontamination and distribution support for the medical center.

Duties:
-Receives contaminated critical and semi-critical Reusable Medical Equipment (RME) in the decontamination area and may receive noncritical equipment in the decontamination area as well.
-Disassembles the RME and determines the correct cleaning method, such as but not limited to ultrasonic cleaners, mechanical washers, cart washers and chemical cleaning/decontamination agents, as determined by manufacturer instructions.
-Inspects, assembles, and determines the correct method and packaging for sterilization such as but not limited to steam, Sterrad, Steris, and high level disinfecting scope reprocessors.
-Performs and documents daily operational checks and records for all sterilization equipment.
-Prepares operating room case carts daily utilizing surgery schedule.

The Radiation Oncology RN provides direct nursing care to patients and families in the Oncology Radiation Clinic, and/or the designated outpatient ward, and successfully performs activities appropriate to their grade as outlined in the Nurse Qualification Standards. The Radiation Oncology RN will demonstrate competency in the administration of immunotherapeutic agents, as well as other non-oncology infusions. The Radiation Oncology RN provides a safe working environment while administering, handling, and disposing of antineoplastic drugs and medical waste.
