The postholder will work with the Digital Leadership team across CLCH, WL and CNWL to develop and enhance and deliver cross-cutting collaboration of digital programmes that support the Trusts strategies and long-term plan commitments. The postholder will lead on unifying, developing and implementing new ways of working using digital and data that will optimise the health and care experience of not only our workforces, but those using our services. They will work with key leads within the Trusts as well as establishing strong external partnership relationships which join up pathways of care across organisational boundaries.
