Functions or Scope of Assigned Duties:

The Deputy Chief of QM is a self-directed nursing professional who supervises QM staff, assesses plans, implements, coordinates, monitors and evaluates the quality and safety of the delivery of care for the organization. Duties of the Supervisory Psychologist serving as the Richmond Vet Center Director and licensed professional with knowledge of and ability to apply advanced professional psychological treatments to the full range of patient populations include but are not limited to:

Job Summary

The Medical Director is responsible to provide clinical and technical oversight for the safe and ethical provision of clinical laboratory services. The individual will play a key role in ensuring clinical tests are performed and reported promptly. The individual will also play a role in the development and execution of clinical development strategy. The individual is expected to bring a strong medical and scientific foundation and will work closely with laboratory developed test (LDT) and in vitro diagnostic (IVD) test development teams to define the most effective approach in LDT, IVD and companion diagnostic (CDx).

• Be the license holder for M Diagnostics in accordance with the PHMC regulations.

This role will be reporting to the Board of Directors of Ayzer Sense. The incumbent will work closely with lead board member to drive the business and operational objectives for the long-term success of the company.

Responsibilities

Management / leadership

· Lead the development of the company, developing strategies to achieve planned company’s milestones

· Provide leadership to engineers and other staff in achieving the company’s objectives

· Plan and propose resources to support the growth demands of the company

Operational and clinical partnership

· Work closely with the engineering team to create strong partnership with manufacturers in the production of products with a keen commercial focus

· Act as interface with consultants leading to the successful product registration in jurisdictions such as FDA, CE Mark, HSA and others

· Identify key opinion leaders (KOL) to support clinical marketing efforts

· Identify and execute suitable clinical plans that accentuate the clinical strength of the company’s product

Market expansion

· Identify and evaluate new market opportunities including geographic expansion

· Provide leadership in the commercialization efforts of the company’s product, including development and execution of entry strategies for new markets to ensure successful market penetration and growth

· Implement and execute plans that includes sourcing for distribution partners and identifying suitable channels to market the product

Financial Management

· Oversee the financial management of the company

· Work with the finance team to seek revenue forecast and budget

· Monitor financial performance against forecasts and execute corrective actions as needed for cost management of top-line and bottom line

· Work with lead director in the fundraise to support the company’s financial resources

Qualifications and experience

· Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering

· Minimum 8 years in management role and proven ability demonstrated to manage P&L business

· Prior knowledge or experience working in medical device industry, particularly relating to hospital beds development will be an advantage

Overall Purpose of Job:
