We are looking for nurses who are enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are committed to providing high quality care. You will be fully supported by the team and receive appropriate orientation and training to fulfil the role. You will need to be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the service and will also have the opportunity to work in the exciting new Elective Hub opening on the LGH site 2024 You will work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure needs are met in relation to care input, support for ongoing care needs and safe. Establish and maintain effective communication with patients and carers/relatives. Recognise, prioritise and respond appropriately to urgent and emergency. Co-ordinate, organise and prioritise the work of the nursing team on a day-to-day. Supervise others and participate in their education and Where appropriate, act as a mentor/expert witness. Responsible for the effective and efficient use of clinical, physical and financial Adhere to Trust policies, procedures and clinical guidelines and ensure compliance of others.
