Salary: £23,400, you will add an extra £4000 to your salary by completing 6 sleeps per month

I am actively seeking applications from Crisis Recovery Workers to join an outstanding mental health charitable provider within their Boston, Lincolnshire-based crisis recovery service.

You will be a key member of a 24/7 service that supports adults who are in crisis due to a decline in their mental health.

You will work within a small team, providing support using the therapeutic intervention model for the people who utilise the service. You will work with clients to develop and deliver "client led" recovery, which will promote control and maximise independence.

You will also be required to liaise with external agencies, including voluntary providers, to promote access to a wide range of activities and resources.

As an integral part of our organisation, The ADHD Clinician will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, formulating and monitoring treatment plans. You will possess a strong understanding of evidence-based practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting, providing essential services to individuals seeking support for ADHD. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluate children, and young people for ADHD, considering potential co-occurring conditions to inform diagnostic decisions. Apply clinical judgment and experience to make treatment decisions, utilising advanced skills and knowledge in managing ADHD in children and young people. Exercise independent professional responsibility for diagnostic decision-making within competence, whilst receiving monthly supervision from Team Leads. You will practice as a non-medical prescriber (independent/supplementary prescribing) to develop and implement treatment and titration plans, ensuring physical observations are obtained and reviewed (height, weight, blood pressure, and pulse) ensuring treatment decisions are safe and in accordance with NICE guidelines and organisational policies. You will support the patient throughout their treatment journey, conducting regular follow ups for children under your care until they have reached stability and optimisation. Perform patient risk assessments and review safeguarding needs in conjunction with treatment strategies during the patient journey. ADHD 360 have patients across the lifespan and we must always be aware of our responsibilities regarding the safeguarding of children in our care. Maintain accurate and timely client records on Chrysalis and associated clinical templates, adhering to professional requirements for accurate record keeping. The role of the Senior PCN Clinical Pharmacist is to manage all clinical pharmacy services and medicines optimisation within the IMP Primary Care Network, consisting of nine member practices. The post holder will coordinate pharmacists across different providers to deliver a comprehensive service for all member practices. Responsibilities include clinical supervision of all pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, ensuring robust clinical supervision that meets CQC requirements.
