Shifts on offer*: Monday to Sunday, Day and Nights Flexible.
*Shifts Times are set times, but Monday to Sunday flexibility on offer depending on availability.

About the Role :
Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are looking for a Complex Care Assistant who can support our Service User in his own Home, He is a 22-year-old Male patient with AVM - Arteriovenous Malformations. He has a Tracheostomy and Mickey button in Situ. Our service user is non verbal and communicates via eye contact and gestures. He lives at home with his family who supports with all aspects of his care and wellbieng. Our Healthcare Assistant roles are also doubled up as a companionship role by building up key relationships and promoting independence through daily tasks for our service user within his own home environment and especially within the community.

Requirements for the Role
-Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, we are looking for an outgoing bubbly candidate, who can show their best assets on providing the highest quality of support.
-A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience have previous experience and training around
Tracheostomy and Ventilators.
-Complex Care experience preferred but not a mandatory need.
-To provide the correct compliance documents including updated Right to Work and original DBS certificate.

You will be responsible for: Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care of children and young people in partnership with them and their parents/guardians Providing excellent short break, palliative, and end of life care at Rainbows in a family centered environment in conjunction with all members of the multi-disciplinary team Ensuring all procedures are carried out in accordance with local and national policies in force within the Hospice Further responsibilities in the role of a Band 5 Nurse at Rainbows, can be found by downloading the Job Description. We are looking for an experienced, customer focussed, tenant safety professional to lead the delivery of compliance and health and safety services to our tenants and leaseholders living in our housing stock of around 5700 dwellings (of which approximately 300 are leasehold) in the borough of Charnwood.

You must be comfortable driving the operational delivery of services and will provide assurance that the Council is delivering against all relevant legislative, statutory, and regulatory obligations, and that tenants, staff, and members of the public are being kept safe.
