About the roleReporting to the Vice Principal: Finance and Professional Services, you will lead our small Health, Safety and Advisory Team to deliver a high quality Health and Safety Advisory Service in the College. You will advise and support all staff and managers on health and safety matters to ensure that the College environment is a safe and healthy place for all students, staff and other users.
Specific duties include chairing the Health and Safety Committee, and preparing health and safety reports as required for the Strategic Leadership Team and Governors. You will work closely and liaise with curriculum and support teams to ensure a high standard of health and safety, including carrying out specialist risk assessments and to advise and support others on the production of risk assessments. What you’ll need:

- Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license a must
- Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills required
- Proven ability to build the business using community based marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills including the experience formulating and executing action plans
