Key Responsibilities: Adhere to departmental policies and procedures regarding attendance management cases & infection prevention in the delivery of OHWS. Help prevent work-related ill health and recommend appropriate adjustments in the workplace to employees and managers. Take responsibility for the line management of junior staff ensuring effective appraisal development and day to day performance management is undertaken and an effective OHWS is provided. Support and mentor junior staff. With training organise operational activities of MDT in the absence of the Operational Manager. Understand and adhere to client requirements and service provision within the agreed service level agreement and identified key performance indicators. To deliver public health programs in accordance with National Campaigns local initiatives and departmental policies and procedures. Promote optimal health in the workplace and healthy lifestyle choices. Communication: To interpret and communicate key facts relating to the statutory and advisory guidance governing the ethical and legal aspects that ensures the health, safety and wellbeing of employers and employees. Generate and disseminate effective management reports and other forms of verbal, written and visual communication in accordance with professional bodies, ethics, and professional confidentiality. To establish good personal and professional relationships with all departments within areas of responsibility and maintain effective and timely communication. Research and Audit Participate in ensuring the quality of client care is constantly improved and best practice knowledge is shared with all members of the team through contributing to clinical projects, audits, and quality monitoring programmes. The Role

You will join a team of therapists who are experts at what they do. You will be providing professional advice and beauty treatments for our customers to ensure they have the best in-store experience.

You will offer the following treatments:

Nails (manicure and pedicure), Threading, Tinting, Facial & Brow waxing, Lash extensions and Piercing.

• Possess, NVQ 2 in beauty Therapy or equivalent

This is a modern, state-of-the-art eye hospital. The facilities in this hospital are first-class and equipped with the latest technology

**Must be qualified as an RGN Nurse with an active NMC Pin – Will also accept ODP’s with HCPC registrations**

As a Nurse your key duties include:
• Provide a competent scrub provision, supporting the surgeon through the daily theatre list, anticipating any potential problems and resolving these
• You’ll help clean down the theatre and in all you do you’ll ensure the highest standards are met in terms of patient safety, clinical compliance and hygiene levels
• Aside from providing Scrub services in the theatre you'll also undertake medicine management and audit duties as well as maintaining accurate patient records
• Manage clinical waste and ensure the correct disposal procedures are implemented

• 12 months post-registration experience

• Ability to absorb and convey highly technical information

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £32,729 - £40,501 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week on day shifts from 7.30am-5.30pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
