NELFT is an experienced provider of mental health services for children and young people, already providing these services in Essex, Medway and four London boroughs. About NELFTs Children & Young Peoples Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) NELFTs CYPMHS is for anybody aged between 0-18, living in Kent and is free at the point of entry. The service is also for young people with special educational needs (SEN) up to the age of 25. The CAMHS Tier II and Tier III services no longer exist, replaced with an integrated CYPMHS. Any young person experiencing emotional wellbeing or mental health problems, (or any parent, guardian, professional or teacher of a child who is experiencing emotional wellbeing and mental health difficulties), may access our service. Structure of Children & Young Peoples Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) There is one Childrens Single Point of Access (SPA), a Neurodevelopmental & Learning Disabilities Service, a dedicated crisis team and inpatient service based in Staplehurst and eight Locality Teams. These are located across Medway, Dartford, Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells, South Kent (Folkestone & Dover), Thanet, Swale, Canterbury and Ashford. What difficulties can be referred to the service? Locality Team in Children & Young Peoples Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) The aim of our CYPMHS is to respond earlier to children and young peoples needs in order to help prevent, reduce or delay the need for more specialist interventions. This transformation of children and young peoples mental health services has a clinical focus, integrated with local authorities to deliver a long term collaborative approach to planning and delivering services. CYPMHS focuses on emotional wellbeing as well as mental health and includes access to self-help tools and services based in schools and the community. You will be responsible for developing health promotion activities to raise the profile of school nursing and key public health messages.

You will facilitate links between children’s services and other agencies to promote health and wellbeing; ensuring the voice of the child is heard.

Main duties of the role: The role is part of the Additional Role Reimbursement Scheme to embed Mental Health practitioners in Primary Care Networks. Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.
