Provide holistic care for Children/Young people (CYP) with a Learning Disability and/or complex health needs this may include those with Autism only. Alder Ward, is a 24 bedded unit based in the market town of Norwich , with easy access to Norwich City and the North Norfolk coasts. As well as rehabilitation the unit also provides palliative and end of life care when Alder ward is the preferred place of care. Main Responsibilities Be responsible for the delivery and co-ordination of care to a named group of patients Work effectively as a member of the multi-disciplinary team.
