DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fulfil and supervise production functions such as: goods inwards, storage, and goods outward to proper location, issue receipts.
• Supervise store activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible to Health and Safety at work while performing duties.
• Maintain a pleasant and polite approach while selling off licence products, sale of vapes, and challenging customer identity.
• Responsible for all banking functions related to the store including making bank deposits, etc.
• Handle cash register, sales, correct pricing, inventory control and receipts.

• Supervise the CCTV operation and report any issues.

ESSENTIAL REQUIRMENTS:

1. Experience retail trade with at least 1 year experience in supervising a retail shop.
2. Experience using a till cash register, pay station system, secure paying machine.

4. Able to calculate and execute basic accounting and cash control procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:
You should have experience in making Indian cuisine and should be able to follow recipes and hygiene standards- Chef – Indian curry Expertise. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking the Indian food, maintaining the inventory of ingredients, ensuring the quality and freshness of the products, and delivering the orders to the customers. 5. Knowledge and maintain food cost and hygiene regulations.
6. Ability to lead and mentor a team with high volume, restaurant experience, and must have worked in restaurants doing over sales annually.
7. Skilled in writing production lists, F&B proposals, and requisitions.
