The service is based in Nelson, Burnley, within a purpose-built care home offering 60 beds. The home provides General Nursing and medical care for older adults, including Palliative and End-of-Life care, Dementia care, and accommodates 8 younger people with physical disabilities (ages 18-65).

Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
