Job DescriptionStaff Nurse - RGN/RMNNight Shifts Hourly Rate: £23 Full-Time Hours Please note that our client does not offer Tier 2 sponsorship We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our client's team on night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents and patients in a respectful and inclusive environment. The Nursing Home offers general nursing care, specialist dementia care and care for adults living with complex physical and mental health conditions.
Qualifications: - Valid UK NMC registration, with a nursing qualification - RGN/RMN
- Experience in a similar environment (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team

As a
Staff Nurse, you will work closely with residents and patients to provide compassionate and holistic care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and recording patient progress
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Supporting and communicating effectively with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adhering to clinical and company policies and procedures
- Contributing to the development of care plans and risk assessments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
