Job Description:
1. Payroll
- Handling monthly payroll report to Account Department
- Submit EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and HRDF
2. Recruitment
- Assist in manpower planning, recruitment and selection process
- Screening, short listing applicants and conduct interview
- Responsible for recruitment activities, internal advertisement and interview arrangement
- Perform regular follow up with managers to determine effectiveness of recruitment
- Conducting new employee orientation, counselling and exit interview
- Oversees welfare, disciplinary issues of all employees
3. HR Matters
- Handling leaves and claims
- Managing human resource related jobs, eg: memo, evaluation form, employee transfer, promotes, resignations and terminations
- Ensure HR practices are followed and in compliance to all requirements of Government regulations
- Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters related to Human Resources
- Contributing to the development of HR Department goals, objectives and systems
- Develop and maintain HR System in compliance and aligned with company policies
- Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by Management
4. Administration
- Planned, scheduled and produced all company meetings
- Meeting minutes taking
- Experiences dealing, registration, applying permit with multiple local government departments
- Office condition upkeep – Pantry, Stationary, Pc, Printer, Electric, A/C
- Coordinate calendars, including catered meetings, travel arrangements and maintenance or service appointments
- Troubleshot and resolved office equipment issues to minimize service visit costs
- Instituted and manage detailed supply inventory spreadsheet, placing orders as needed and budgeting assuring no over spending
- Liaise with Auditors, Lawyers, Agencies and Suppliers
- Data organization and upkeep
