TUPE Advisor
Location: Near Windsor (Datchet)
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week (time can be a little flexible)

As part of the ER Team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support on all matters related to TUPE transfers. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth transitions during merges, acquisitions, and outsourcing arrangements; safeguarding employees' rights and ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
About the role of a TUPE Advisor:
• Leading on the management of the end-to-end TUPE transfer process, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and best practice.
• Facilitating effective communication and consultation with employees, Trade Unions, and other stakeholders throughout the TUPE process.
• Conducting thorough due diligence to identify potential risks and issues related to employment terms, conditions, and liabilities.
• Provide expert advice to HR, legal teams, and senior management on TUPE implications, including redundancy, restructuring, and changes to terms and conditions.
• Prepare and review TUPE-related documentation, including employee liability information (ELI), consultation notes, and transfer agreements.
• Ensure all TUPE activities comply with UK employment law and internal policies. Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports on TUPE activities and outcomes.
• Address and resolve any employee relations issues arising from TUPE transfers, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
• Supporting the wider HR team with the delivery of leadership initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities for improving policies and procedures.
• Assisting with Employee Relation cases outside of TUPE as and when required.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as part of the people strategy
