Summary
Paul Mitchell Associates are working in partnership with a superb long-term client of ours to assist them recruit a HR Advisor or HR Assistant.
Working with the HR Manager we're looking for a candidate with 2+ years' experience at this level to drop in and become the firms new HR recruit. The role is ongoing and a great opportunity for someone to get stuck into a new assignment.
We're either looking to hire an experienced HR Administrator / HR Assistant who in time is looking for progression
OR an experienced HR Advisor for this generalist HR role
• Updating internal databases
• Managing HR documents
• Maintaining personnel records
• Dealing with Employee Sickness and Holiday records
• Answering queries via telephone/email
• Advising staff in relation to HR matters
• Hands on support to the HR Manager
• Other HR related administrative tasks
