What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should be AAT qualified or have over three years of experience in a similar role. They possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage accounting figures and financial records. A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Operative

As a Warehouse Stock Operative, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering or leaving the depot is accurate.

To ensure the administration of all new starters is completed on the Trusts recruitment system in a timely manner and in accordance with payroll deadlines. To support the HR Business Partners in the redeployment process by monitoring the redeployment register. To ensure that all new starter packs for induction purposes are prepared and ready for use. To assist in monitoring the recruitment process to ensure that it remains up to date with the relevant guidance from NHS Employers and ensure it is non-discriminatory, adhering to equality, diversity, and inclusion legislation. To assist in the compilation of recruitment information for the trust board and other management reports monthly. To arrange and facilitate recruitment and careers events within the local area, liaising with the relevant clinical staff for content and availability. To act as a first point of contact for general recruitment enquiries received into the people services. These will include high volume telephone, email and face-to-face queries which occur daily and may cause frequent interruption. To ensure effective communication within and external to the people services division. Promote team working within the People Services and maintain constructive relationships with others within and across the trust as well as externally to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the service.
