JOB DESCRIPTION

Your new role

• Overseeing day to day operations at the scheme including all aspects of housing, tenancy, letting management and 2 direct reports of on-site staff
• Voids, lettings, allocations, sign-ups, inductions and viewings
• Managing cases of low level ASB and neighbour nuisance
• Routine health & safety checks including fire doors, alarms and updating relevant risk assessments

Main Objective:

The Manager, HR Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing HR operations across the APAC region. As an Internal Resource Manager, you'll be responsible for a team of up to 25 operational industrial staff, who deliver new connections, reinforcement works and network restoration at low voltage and up to 33,000 volts.
