You will maintain and analyse cashflows, financial reports and summarise current and projected financial positions. To be considered for this progressive FP&A analyst role, you will need experience in a similar position; a part-qualified/finalist or qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with strong MS Excel skills and key financial systems experience. Experience of analysing large data sets, with the ability to communicate confidentially at all levels to explain financial information to both financial and non-financial management. You will be able to establish/develop business relationships across all functions, able to embrace and actively support a changing and rapidly progressive business. Your new role
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations.
Your responsibilities will include the following, which you should have experience with:

• Processing and reconciling high volumes of supplier invoices, credit notes, and statements.
• Ensuring accurate and timely payment of supplier invoices.
• Maintaining purchase orders and managing the accounts inbox.
• Assisting with bank transactions and reconciliations.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Performing various ad-hoc financial tasks as needed.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Previous experience in a similar finance role within the digital marketing/technology industry (or retail and travel).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software, such as Xero or Sage etc
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Your new role

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance team for this company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing direct cost invoices and monitoring the purchase ledger inbox.
• Exporting invoices from the reservation system to the accounting system.
• Assisting with weekly payment runs and reconciling supplier statements.
• Handling internal company statements and internal/external queries.
• Supporting month-end, year-end, and audit processes.
• Completing ad hoc projects as needed.

• AAT qualified OR part qualified (or qualified by experience with 2+ years as an Accounts/Finance Assistant)
• 2+ years of experience in finance.
