This is a full-time all year position, which requires visits to schools within your appointed region. We have satellite offices at de Stafford (Caterham) and Southgate Primary School (Crawley), Aureus Secondary School (Didcot), Pine Ridge Infant School (Camberley) as well as our Head Office at The Beacon School (Banstead) from which you can work on a regular basis.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has:
A passion for end-to-end recruitment, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout
The ability to identify and address difficult recruitment scenarios
Proven experience in building and maintaining productive relationships with both internal team members and external partners or clients.
Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in an educational setting would be beneficial.

Salary: Senior Specialist £33, 436. Please note the remuneration is inclusive of travels costs. 
Hours of work: This is a full-time, full-year position

We are looking for someone with a flexible and innovative approach to HR who can also contribute to developing our dedicated team. You will have a broad experience and enjoy undertaking a generalist role, preferably within an education environment. Covering all aspects of HR, this role will involve leading our operational and advisory service which also includes payroll administration.
