Technical Coordinator
At Fawkes & Reece we are currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join a regional specialist residential Contractor. This fantastic opportunity comes with chance to join a expanding and highly successful team within a business who does things differently.
About the role of Technical Coordinator
Joining a highly experienced technical team, within the residential sector overseeing units ranging from 60 - 150 units across the Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Hampshire region.
Responsibilities for Technical Coordinator
Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing the design process during the technical stage
- Overseeing of a projects lifecycle and insisting everything is on track in correct manner.
- Liaison with external authorities.
Requirements for Technical Coordinator
- Add a sentence or two here about the company.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a role of Technical Coordinator
- Preferably experience within the Residential experience
- An understanding of civil Engineering and sustainability is desired but not essential.
- Relevant Degree qualification
