A Network Engineering & Security Manager designs, implements, and maintains network and telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, resilience, and security while troubleshooting issues. They integrate and manage various communication platforms, provide user support and training, and handle vendor relationships. Strategically, they develop technology plans, manage budgets, enforce policies, and plan for disaster recovery. Their primary goal is to ensure the network and communication systems operate effectively, securely, and efficiently to support the organization's needs. The Network Engineering & Security Manager is a key member of the Infrastructure & Unified Communications team responsible for the technical operation, development, and security of the organization's network infrastructure. This role ensures the Network team functions are delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining high levels of system availability and customer satisfaction. The Network Engineering & Security Manager will lead a team of technical staff, manage budgets, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with national policies and regulations.
