A Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer is required to carry out PPM, servicing, fault finding and breakdown repairs to commercial gas heating systems i.e. boilers, gas fired heating, LPHW & radiant/plaque as well as a 'first-look' at HVAC systems i.e. AHU/FCU within a variety of client environments to include (not limited to) commercial offices, corporate buildings & retail environments located throughout the Yorkshire region.

About the role

Our client is looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer for a mobile based role which involves travelling throughout the North East region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carry out the servicing and repairs of commercial gas systems
• Working on various plant and equipment types including commercial boilers, AHU's, and indirect/direct gas fired equipment

• Undertake various maintenance tasks/PPM's as scheduled by the helpdesk team including general mechanical and fabric tasks

• Undertake PPM and reactive maintenance works, including fault finding, repair and installation of boilers / mechanical services.

• Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure that all technical services are carried out in an efficient and effective manner, and in line with all industry / regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all work carried out is done so in accordance with the Companies H&S requirements

Candidate Requirements:

Having succeeded in a similar role, you'll have relevant professional qualifications and be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of the wider team. You will also be able to build and maintain relationships across the organisation and with customers. You would ideally be located in Leeds, York or Sheffield

• Domestic Gas (CCN1, CKR1,HTR1 CENWAT, CPA1) and commercial Gas (COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1 ICPN1,TPCP1/1A, CDGA1) as a minimum

• Minimum 5 yrs. experience as a commercial gas engineer carrying out maintenance and repairs

• General experience in a commercial building services environment would be beneficial
• Other trade skills would be an advantage
• Good technical knowledge as well as the ability to multi-task
• Ability to plan and prioritise own workload to deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative
• Ability to work from instruction and make decisions as needed with minimal supervision.

We are currently seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our team supporting local authorities in utilising Liquidlogic's market leading Education and Social Services and Case Management software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for 2nd and 3rd line support functions as part of the Application Support team.
• Investigate, analyse and problem-solve Incidents raised via our Incident Management System, Jira.
• Use application log files, SQL and other diagnostic tools and methodologies to resolve issues, including data issues, coding issues and reviewing application and Windows/SQL logs to identify the cause.
• Liaise with Problem Management, Development and Product teams as well as Third Party subcontractors when required.
• Replicating persistent issues in the applications, using local test systems to identify potential bugs to be logged with Development for fix.
• Communicate with customers regularly over issues and problems that they encounter.
• Take ownership of allocated customers and be their named dedicated engineer ensuring that Incidents are managed and resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Support customers on our own hosted servers as well as on-premises servers.
