Responsible for all of the administrative and training functions in the Correctional Services Branch.
Evaluates programs proposals submitted to the Central Office for review, makes recommendations to the Administrator, Correctional Service Branch, and Senior Deputy Assistant Director, Correctional Programs Division.
Develops plans, programs, and top-level policies with implementing instructions to insure the purposeful utilization of the treatment, custodial, and operations programs.
Coordinates the evaluation of security, custody and correctional treatment programs throughout the Bureau of Prisons.
Provides input in the development and implementation of specialized training programs for junior and senior level correctional supervisors.
