CACI is seeking Technical Director with experience to manage and improve our ITIL Service Management Framework and ServiceNow delivery to our Customer. This individual will be responsible for creating a cohesive strategy with clear alignment to positive outcomes for the organization. The scope includes both ITIL and ServiceNow processes in place today and those we need to implement. As a Technical Director, you will be a key contributor in executing the strategic approach specializing in process development, innovation, performance improvement, management efficiency, and organizational modeling.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and develop areas for Program innovation and execution
- Draft and support the development of White Papers for future program innovation recommendations
- Analyzes business processes to determine gaps and identifies technology enabled solutions to close gaps Leads the planning and design of all relevant ITSM process improvement
- Develop and refine processes, policies, and procedures to yield consistent, high-quality results MAYBE KEEP
- Align roles and responsibilities for complex, highly-integrated work streams
- Identify process dependencies and addressing bottlenecks
- Think outside the box to develop new ideas, concepts and solutions to meet new requirements, unarticulated needs or existing needs
- Thinks freely to exploit technological advances that address business needs, without the constraint of former approaches
- Communicates and engages across multiple constituencies in a way that influences service outcomes and steers toward change objectives
- Listens and encourages various points of view, whether in agreement or not, to create commitment and velocity through alignment
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS and 10+ years of ITIL Management Experience
- TS/SCI w/ poly is required
- Experience working in a fact paced, high pressure environment
- Demonstrated ability to continuously improve service delivery, processes/procedures and drive innovation
- ITIL V3/V4
Nice to have Qualifications:
- ITIL Master/Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Experience with ServiceNow or Remedy Delivery and/or Execution
- Experience working with Government clients, specifically within the Intelligence Community
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Led managed IT infrastructure service transitions
- Demonstrated experience producing programmatic deliverables
