In this position, you will:
- Supervise, manage, and lead a talented, multi-disciplinary team consisting of marketing, business development, communications, and customer experience specialists.
- Coach, mentor, train, and develop a highly technical staff to consistently deliver superior customer service and communications.
- Conceive, design, and implement an Agency-level lead generation and customer acquisition strategy that generates sufficient annual revenue to fund the Agency's operations and activities.
- Partner and collaborate with relevant NTIS Offices, all aspects of the Agency's annual marketing and sales activities, including brand management, product promotion, advertising, digital marketing, social media, and customer relationship management.
- Plan and execute a multi-year strategy that increases awareness among the Public and Federal Agencies, of the Agency's value proposition, authorities, products, services, and capabilities.
- Conceive, design, and implement an Agency-level lead generation and customer acquisition strategy that generates sufficient annual revenue to fund the NTIS's operations and activities.
- Develop and implement a business development or "pitch" strategy that presents to prospective customers, NTIS unique authorities, products, services, and capabilities.
- Provide recommendations to the NTIS's annual planning and budgeting process, to equip the Agency with the best-in-class marketing, business development, and customer relationship management technologies.
