The role
As a Principal Software Engineer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining C# applications using Visual Studio and Azure DevOps. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence.
Day-to-day, you will lead the architectural design of C# applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance, as well as:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C#.
- Implement features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and skill development.
- Lead the architectural design of C# applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
This role is full time and remote and flexible working.
Essential experience of the Principal Software Engineer
- Proven experience in C# development
- Strong proficiency in Visual Studio and .NET framework
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Leadership experience
