As a member of the QA team, you will support the team in the implementation of the Company Wide Quality Strategy to exceed customer expectations for product quality, logistics and cost. You are responsible to support A & One’s best-in-class quality assurance and controls management systems. You are required to deliver on all required key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement across all quality functions to achieve operational excellence.
1. Manage the entire customer lifecycle, serving as customers key account managers from the first touchpoint to on-time delivery.
2. Provide technical support in sales presentations, briefings, product demonstrations.
3. Participate in monthly sales team reviews to update on the learnings and challenges.
4. Conduct pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting activities.
5. Coordinate client needs with various internal resources and teams.
6. Stay up to date on technology news, including trends, product roadmaps, market conditions, etc.
7. Achieve sales objectives and identify business opportunities.
8. Develop relationships with new prospects by leveraging personal and business networks.
9. Responsible for answering sales inquiries from both local and international sales markets.
10. Lead technical discussions in client meetings across multiple levels and disciplines to identify business and technical needs, issues and priorities.
11. Present project status internally and leads communication between the project team and its stakeholders.
12. Target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.
13. Manage sales campaigns for top opportunities in the precision engineering domain and will be responsible for day-to-day campaign management, with emphasis on opportunity qualification, win strategy definition/execution, proposal development, orals presentation, and support of contract negotiations.
14. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally.
15. Provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
16. Collaborate with operations department and other cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and zero defects to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
Requirements
Education
· Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering
Mandatory Experience
· 3 to 5 years of quality management experience in precision engineering, contract manufacturing of complex semiconductor equipment, or wafer fab environment.
· Proficiency and knowledge in CMM Programming, measurement and calibration equipment
· Knowledge of quality systems
· Knowledge and Experience in Surface Treatment
· Experience in writing non-conformance and corrective actions reports (e.g. 8D, F23, NCR) for customers
· Experience in the processes and report writing for New Product Introduction (NPI), Prototype and First Article (FA)
· Enjoys solving complex challenges with exceptional internal and cross departmental team communication and management experience
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese to write, communicate and translate amongst non-English speaking team members
Good to Have
· Experience in using Microsoft Enterprise Resource Planning System Navision
· Basic understanding of precision engineering product drawings, blueprints and treatment specifications.
