As a Mobile Caretaker you will be responsible for maintaining communal areas of our sheltered, supported living and general needs properties. The role of Mobile Caretaker will involve lone working and you will have a company van for business use only.

The role of Mobile Caretaker will include:

- Undertaking general caretaking and cleaning duties including replacement of light bulbs, cleaning communal areas such as stairs, doors and windows, communal lounge and rest room areas, moving bulk waste.

• Gathering information to enable early arrival at the correct liability decision, giving consideration to economic settlement, proactively securing appropriate recoveries
