Job Scope:

• Receive and process laboratory specimens.
• Perform all procedures in accordance with laboratory protocols.
• Chromosome culture set up and chromosome analysis
• Prepare reagents and materials that require special handling.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Assist in stock replenishment for test kits, reagents or other supplies.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• A Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Science / Biomedical Science or equivalent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good laboratory skills

• Media Monitoring: Track media coverage related to the organization, its industry, and competitors.
• Press Release Drafting: Assist in writing press releases, media pitches, and other PR-related content.
• Media List Management: Maintain and update media contact lists to ensure outreach efforts reach the right journalists and influencers.

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare relevant case documents and letters.

· File and/or duplicate case documents, media files, and other documents;

· Process completed investigation case files for filling;

· Proofread documents/transcripts to check for accuracy;

· Answer calls from members of public and re-direct calls to the relevant officers;

· Liaise with members of public for appointments;

· Administrative processing of case exhibits;

· Any other administrative tasks, such as planning unit-level events, collating KPIs, etc;

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

· Preference for candidates with relevant working experience in law enforcement agencies or legal firms.

· Understand simple legal documents, for the purpose of attending to work assignments;
